Motorists and pedestrians are asked to take extra caution when travelling in downtown Charlottetown during the evening of Friday, December 4 and Saturday, December 5, as horse-drawn wagons will be traveling on several streets.
In celebration of Victorian Christmas Weekend, Discover Charlottetown and the City of Charlottetown are partnering to offer free horse-drawn wagon rides to the public. These horse-drawn wagons will be traveling along portions of the following streets in historic downtown Charlottetown: Great George Street, Prince Street, Grafton Street, Queen Street, Fitzroy Street, Pownal Street, Rochford Street, Haviland Street, and Water Street.
The free horse-drawn wagons will be operating on the following dates/times:
Friday, December 4 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Saturday, December 5 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
