The City of Charlottetown’s Parks and Recreation Department and goPEI! are offering a variety of FREE fitness classes in Charlottetown. In recognition of the 2014 celebrations and 150th anniversary of the 1864 Charlottetown Conference, there will be 150 minutes of fitness classes available.
The fitness classes will be held on Saturday, September 27 from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. in the West Royalty Community Centre, 1 Kirkdale Drive.
The schedule is as follows:
9:00 AM Community Senior Fitness Class (low impact) – Denise Fleming
9:30 AM Community Adult Fitness Class (low-medium impact) – Krista Griffin
10:00 AM IMOTION Pilates Fitness Class – Tracey Gairns – Brioux
10:30 AM Intro to Kettle Bell – Wendy Chappell
11:00 AM UPEI Dance Fitness Class – Lyndsey Paynter
Participants are asked to dress appropriately and wear comfortable indoor sneakers.
