Charlottetown’s 2014 Water and Sewer Utility report is now available on the City’s website.
The 2014 Water and Sewer Utility report includes water distribution reports, upcoming projects, achievements, youth education, water meter information and the wastewater treatment report. The report highlights the successful year for the Charlottetown Water and Sewer Utility as it launched the Take Control program, which surpassed the goal to have 1,000 residents volunteer for a water meter. Phase 4 of the Spring Park Combined Sewer Separation Project was also successfully completed in 2014 with the installation of 3.6 kilometers of new gravity sewer main.
The evolution of the Water and Sewer Utility continues today and new projects are being undertaken to respond to new challenges. Check out the report to learn more. The report is available as a downloadable PDF at www.charlottetown.ca/waterutility.php
