The City of Charlottetown wishes to remind the public of the forum tonight (April 27) to gather feedback on the proposed draft bylaw to regulate cosmetic pesticides in the capital city.
The Cosmetic Pesticides Forum will be held at 7 p.m. in the Georgian Room at the Rodd Charlottetown Hotel. The City’s Sustainability Officer will present the draft bylaw and provide an overview of the new legislation that grants limited power to municipalities to regulate the use of non-domestic pesticides. The public will be given an opportunity to provide feedback on the draft bylaw and ask questions.
Additional information and a copy of the draft bylaw are available at www.charlottetown.ca by clicking on the Cosmetic Pesticides Forum button.
Feedback on the cosmetic pesticides bylaw can be submitted at the forum on the 27th or, in advance, to: firstname.lastname@example.org
