An Open House will be held this evening at the Malcolm Darrach Centre, 1 Avonlea Drive, at 6 p.m. to obtain feedback on the following:
- Zoning Bylaw text amendments and zoning map changes for the East Royalty Neighbourhood
The Open House will provide residents with an opportunity to meet individually with City Planners to discuss the proposed Zoning Bylaw changes required to implement the recently adopted East Royalty Master Plan. There will be no formal presentation at this Open House. Residents are encouraged to drop by this evening between the hours of 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The Open House will be followed by a City Council Public Meeting at a later date to obtain resident feedback and input on the proposed zoning by-law changes to the text and maps. A further announcement on the public meeting will be made as soon as the meeting is scheduled.
Information on the draft Zoning Bylaw changes are available on the City’s website: www.charlottetown.ca by clicking the "East Royalty Master Plan" under Quick Links.
