2014-03-31 - Flooding and Damage Closes Section of Boardwalk

The City of Charlottetown Parks and Recreation Department wishes to alert the public that a section of the boardwalk behind the Culinary Institute, beginning at the lower end of Sydney Street and running to the Celtic monument behind the Queen Charlotte Armory, is closed due to flooding and boardwalk damage. Damage will be repaired as soon as the water level goes down.

The City has identified the damaged area with barricades and signage and ask the public to stay away from this section of the Boardwalk until it is repaired.

For additional information, please contact the Charlottetown Parks and Recreation Department at 368-1025.
