Construction continues this week as crews replace the existing sewer line for the Colonel Gray Sewer Rehabilitation Project. Asphalt patching will take place today (September 28), on Ashburn Crescent, which will be closed between Rosemount Drive and Trafalgar Street with local traffic only.
Construction will also begin on Trafalgar Street today (Sept. 28) with no access to through traffic. Local traffic will be permitted.
Traffic control personnel will be on-site to direct traffic through the detour during the closure. Pedestrian traffic will be monitored by the traffic control personnel and sidewalks in the construction zone will remain open. Motorists should expect delays or seek alternate routes. The Water and Sewer Utility Department apologizes for any inconvenience.
